PER Group Awarded HHMI Grant

The Howard Huges Medical Institute awards $79 million for science education. The grant will help universities strengthen undergraduate and precollege science education nationwide by providing resources to develop new ways to teach and inspire students about science and research. FIU Physics professors Laird Kramer and David Brookes are amongst 13 top researchers that will receive funds from the grant. Congratulations to Professors Kramer and Brooks on receiving this prestigious award.
