Astronomy Labs

We offer two different labs, Descriptive Astronomy Laboratory (AST 1002L) and Solar System Astronomy Laboratory (AST 2003L), depending on which Astronomy course you are taking. Please keep in mind that a laboratory is a separate course from the lecture course and that you will receive a grade for the lab that is independent of your lecture grade. While we try our best to coordinate labs with lecture material, because we have different faculty using different texts and syllabi, it is virtually impossible to have every lab complement the lectures in a given week.
